To ensure the best available service, we have partnered with a Tier One ISP (Internet Service Provider), ensuring constant connectivity to the Internet, with superb bandwidth and 24 x 7 access if required.
As a Software house of good repute, we are constantly requested to develop applications and then make them available for our clients across the World Wide Web. Following this, we are then asked to manage them for customers that do not have the skill, time or knowledge to ascertain these requirements effectively from the ISP market space.
To that end we have our own ‘co-located’ space within a large ISP Data Centre for own servers and those of our customers who require such services, this document outlines how these services are provided and what you - as a hosted customer - will receive.
