.Net Software Developer

We are looking for a talented .Net developer with up-to 3 years solid commercial experience. You must have strong interpersonal skills, have the ability to adapt to changing requirements and have a good understanding of the importance of delivery in line with company goals and objectives. Quick thinking, strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrating evidence based conclusions will be needed to troubleshoot issues in line with project deadlines & SLAs.

Overview of the Role:

• Development, maintenance and support of a number of bespoke .net applications
• Design, implement & test development work against a technical specification
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for live systems

Technical competencies include:

• Microsoft .Net 2.0 – 3.5 (C#)
• Microsoft Visual Studio 2008+
• SQL Server 2005+
• ASP.NET
• 3rd party library integration
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
• Knowledge of current development techniques such as Unit testing, continuous integration (CC.Net, Nant)

Exposure to the following is highly advantageuous, but not essential:

• SharePoint 2007/2010 development
• Dynamics CRM 4.0
• Windows Presentation Foundation
• JavaScript, jQuery, css
